Grilled Pizza

Grilled Pizzas are the perfect summer meal. Everyone gets to top their own pizza so its great for even picky eaters. So, get out of the kitchen, and enjoy the outdoors with your family & friends!


Pizza Dough
(makes 2 personal pizzas)
1 ½ cups Bisquick
1/3 cup warm water

Toppings
Marinara sauce
Mozzarella cheese
extras (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, pineapple, olives, ect.)

Prep all of your pizza toppings
Preheat grill
In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms.
Separate dough into equal portions and flatten into thin disks.
Spray one side of dough with cooking spray and place directly on grill.
Cook for a few minutes, spray the other side and flip.
Top your pizzas quickly, and close the lid of the grill
Cook until golden. Remove from grill. Slice and enjoy!
Pairs great with an arugula salad.
